About this Provider
Gen2 was established in June 2000 by five international companies with major operations within Cumbria - Sellafield Ltd, Innovia, Amec, Iggesund and Tata Steel.
Gen2 are a not for profit employer-owned company, with 7 training centres. The quality of teaching and learning is a key company driver, leading to being awarded an Ofsted 'Outstanding' Grade 1 in 2011.
Gen2 works with over 350 national and international clients delivering a plethora of short courses and programmes from Level 2 to Level 7. Apprenticeships range from L2 to L5, with progression route into employment and HE including HNC, HND, Foundation Degree and up to Masters Degree. Short courses include Health and Safety, Engineering, Management, Project Management and HR.
